This has been a momentous year for The Wine Society (The Society). The storied importer and retailer celebrated its 150th anniversary with a remarkable series of special tastings, dinners, talks and releases, alongside social and environmental sustainability initiatives that will ripple through in years to come.
Among the most relevant is perhaps the Climate & Nature programme through which The Society directly supports some of its suppliers to implement measures that ultimately promote biodiversity and carbon reduction.
As 2024 comes to a close, The Society has used its celebrations to expand its offering while remaining committed to its longstanding suppliers and mindful pricing strategy – in October, upon the release of its new list, The Society announced that all prices would be held until next year.
This, along with some very interesting offers, will allow members to make relevant additions to their cellars – across styles and price points – ahead of the festive season.
