Adam Pawlowski MS
Adam Pawlowski MS is a tutor, an examiner and a board member of The Court of Master Sommeliers. He is a certified lecturer and examiner at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and a member of the Polish Sommelier Association.
His hobbies of wine and food have become his full time job and true passion. He enjoys running seminars, masterclasses, training sessions as well as wine and food workshops.
Adam started his career as a sommelier at Northcote, a Michelin starred establishment in the North West of England. For 6 years, he lead a very talented team of sommeliers and managed one of the best wine lists in the country.
He is the co-author of “Hospitality. The art of good service in the culinary industry”, a book about professional service and how it translates into success in the restaurant business.
Adam was the winner of the Sud de France Sommelier Competition 2013, and the Polish Best Sommelier competition 2014. He became a Master Sommelier in 2014 and was awarded the Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle award for the candidate with highest overall marks.
